Changing the check_xi_service_nsclient definition

Post by perryell »

Hello all
Im trying to change the check_xi_service_nsclient command definition , to not-passwd
$USER1$/check_nt -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -p $ARG11$ -v $ARG2$ $ARG3$ Im changing it on the nagiosxi config manager
It works fine for a while, but any nagios restart or wizard import send the command back to the original configuration with "-s -p $ARG5$

Any idea?

There is a possibility that you are using older versions of the Windows Desktop/Server Monitoring Wizards.
If this is the case, remove the old wizards, download and install the new ones:

Windows Desktop Monitoring Wizard

Windows Server Monitoring Wizard

Try to change the command definition again and see if it is going to stick.
