NAGIOS xi: Issue w/ adding new switches to be monitiored

Linux Distribution and version?
1. Cent OS 5.5 / 64 Bit
2. Manual Install
3. Gnome installed

To Nagios xi Tech Support Specialist:
We are still experiencing an issue still even after the new upgrade (Nagios xi 2011R1.5) applied to our Nagios xi Server. The error message we get and cannot get rid of is Sync Missed or Out of Sync. In addition, the configuration applies successfully with no errors after clicking apply config after entering the new host or switch. Is there still an existing bug in this patch or upgrade????? I will supply our latest snapshot to see if we have missed something in our config.

Can you also verify that your system time is up to date. You can do this by running:

yum install ntp
ntpdate pool.ntp.org
