Ploting value derived from previous and current counters

Hi Guys,

Need an Idea to plot a PNP4Nagios graph for below requirement.

I am going to use one check script which actually going to collect values(i.e. SNMP counters without using snmp checks from nagios server).
How to configure PNP4nagios, to plot graph with value which is actually a difference of previous counter and current counter.

I'm sorry, we do not develop php4nagios, that is a 3rd party addon
