Good evening perry,
With that said, why would our installation start to have this issue more periodically after the upgrade? The issue that requires us to delete and re-write files to the ccm happens more often than usually, usually about 1 every two or after a few changes to the nagios xi hosts that are configured when re-onboarding a client during trying to delete out the client to add them back to the nagios xi admin console. Since there are no database issues reported as you examined what would cause these occurrences to happen more often?

Hello @mrjsokol
It sounds like things are working within your environment, which is excellent. In your case, it seems like a change in relationship with the database and core. We understand running through the Core re-index resolves the issue. Due to unique environmental characteristics, we find that each circumstance can be challenging to determine why problems like this reoccur.
Let's keep an eye on things for the time being and keep a log to determine what the common thread is going forward. Let's go ahead and lock this post for the time being and reexamine.
Thanks,
Perry
