# Nagios XI 2011R1
# Linux Distribution: CentOS release 5.4 (Final)
# 32 bit
# VMware Image converted from workstation to ESX
I just installed the latest version of NagiosXI using the VMware image, I do not see any performance graphs, that includes the localhost configured by default.
I looked at the other posts but they do not seem to resolve the issue.
Is there an issue with the 2011R1 release or a setting that is turned off by default?
Need to get this resolved so I can complete migration from the 2009R1.4B
Thanks Sal

Re: no performance graphs
I have tried the suggestion with no success.
As I mentioned this is a fresh install, I expect the system to behave properly on a clean install before any modifications are made.

Could you go here to see if they are in fact actually generating:
http://[serverIP]/nagios/pnp/

Re: no performance graphs
Have you removed or changed the name of the nagiosadmin user?

When I go to the "http://[serverIP]/nagios/pnp/" it asks fro authentication, I login using the nagiosadmin account and I see the graphs.

Re: no performance graphs
All the graphs are visible if I change the web path to http://IP_Address/nagios/
This gives me a different looking web page but the links work.
Is this normal ?

Re: no performance graphs
We've retested on both the VM and the Manual install for CentOS 32 bit. The backend security credentials have to be set on a fresh installation in order to be viewable (it's part of our documented install process). However, on both tests the performance graphs were showing up correctly.
Do you have any non-alpha-numeric characters in your nagiosadmin password? Some users have reported that this broke their graphs because of a problem with backend credentials.

Re: no performance graphs
I have changed the password to the nagiosadmin account to nagiosadmin using the "Reset Security Credentials" page and also restated the server.
I still do not get performance graphs.
And yes I did go through the documentation when I initialized the server.
