Nagios xi LDAP Integration
I am trying to setup LDAP authentication for Nagios xi. I have defined an (LDAP) authentication server, however, when I go to the import users page and enter the user ID/pass to connect to LDAP with and click next, I get the error "Unable to authenticate: No such entry". I tried turning on debug for apache and tailing the logs while recreating the error, but didn't find anything useful. I was previously able to setup LDAP authentication for a Nagios Core install that we had, so I am fairly certain there is nothing wrong with the LDAP server information I provided. Any ideas or insight on to what is causing the error?

One common cause of this is using the short username on the import login page. Make sure to enter the full DN on this page. For example:
