Hi,
How are you doing?
Could you please upload screenshots of graphs and values you are having issue with?
I'm very sorry, but I'm not quite sure I understand where or what service to look for these graphs in my Nagios XI ... :-)

Hi,
Hope your day is going well!! ... :-)
Looks like those values already generated by the check command, which generated the graph in the first place.
I don't think there is a way to change them.

Can you please post the command ran which generated this graph? .... just want to see if there is an option for displaying values in other metrics.

Nagios XI GUI > Configure > Core Config Manager > Services
Now, please select the service which generated this graph > click the "Run Check Command" button.

Please post the command and the outputs of that command.

Hi,
Hope you day is going well ... :-)

Yes, you are correct. All CVS, JSON and XML are showing the same exponential values.

I checked with the team and here's what they said:
Currently, it dumps out whatever is in the rrd to a csv file., but you could change the data formats in Excel.

Hi KR,
Hope you are having a good day!! ... :-)

I got this from my teammate Sean:
I do not have an alternative at this time, you can convert them in Excel but we're really waiting on dev to implement that feature so it can be done on the output.
