See and export Report on Chart

Post by sacom01 »

hi team,
I have two question with Report :

1. I need a summary report for some specify services on chart, which will show (Last, Avg, Max) and need export it to PDF/JPG
I found whole menu on Report but did it show table report only. Pls guide me where i can find it.

2. Go to Report -> Legacy Reports -> Availability and tick to Output in CSV format, it down load a .php file. I remember CSV will export .xls file. I'm unable to open .php report file. How to export with .xls or PDF/JPG?

Thank you.

1. Their isn't currently a report that shows Last, Avg, Max for a specific subset of services. The closest you can get would be to view them under Home > Performance graphs and add the services to a dashboard and then schedule the dashboard as a report by clicking the very top right menu with the three horizontal lines in it and clicking the first icon for schedule page.

2. I'm able to replicate this, if I open the avail.php in a text editor I see it has the CSV data. Once the avail.php file has downloaded, please rename it to avail.csv and it should open properly. Then just open in it excel and save as XLS, there isn't currently an XLS export option in XI. I will get this submitted to development.

You could go to Reports > Legacy > Availability and setup the report how you want it (don't check the CSV box) and then run it, then once it's finished you can click the very top right hand menu with three horizontal lines in it and click the first icon to schedule the page as a report which will come out in a PDF.

What do you mean it does not show on table? Please explain what you mean by that.

It's a CSV file. You would need to save it as an XLS to do any advanced XLS stuff like pivot tables if that's what you're referring to.

That will get you the PDF of it.
