Does anyone have an idea how to monitor status of VM and performanc in hyper-v r2 using nagios.

No plugins that I know of, but you should be able to monitor many metrics if you enable SNMP of the Hyper-V server

It is also possible to monitor over WMI using check_wmi_plus. There is no pre-built .ini file for this yet however. The WMI visualization namespace (instead of CIMV2 which is default) would need to be used.
