Nagios XI monitoring Windows hosts… is there any way to check average CPU utilization over a specified time period?

You can use the windows-ssh wizard to monitor volume, memory, cpu usage, and etc. I recommend starting there.

You can also use NCPA to monitor Windows machines.
If you're looking for where in XI you can check your historic data over a specific period, you can utilize the performance graphs and adjust the time period to Custom and then selecting the dates you wish to check between.
