New to XI, so I might be misunderstanding the screen. It's showing unknown and warning in service availability graph. Is that not what the advanced options are tied to?

Thanks for reaching out and providing the screenshot on the report that you have questions about.

The report that you have selected is displaying the correct data. We see that the pie is green indicating hosts and services have been up for nearly 100 percent of the time.

I realized that the advanced options to hide UNKNOWN, etc only hide the data (gets moved to OK percentage); it doesn't hide the labels on the pie chart.

Thanks for following up, yes you are correct that "UNKNOWN/UNREACHABLE" will still show up on the pie chart and that is by design.

Hide UNKNOWN/UNREACHABLE states
◦ Any objects that were in a UNKNOWN or UNREACHABLE state during the reporting period will not be
included in the report if this option is checked

However, the numbers UNKNOWN/UNREACHABLE states will not be included in the data numbers on the Availability Report.
