Is there a way to have it show the hostnames instead of the IPs? I ahve around 2000 devices I'm monitoring so hostnames would help. They all have internal DNS records.

To enable DNS host names in Nagios Network Analyzer.
Go to the Administration > Global Settings menu.
For the Resolve Hostnames in: section, check the boxes for the Reports and Queries graphs and save the settings.
That will display the Host Names that can be resolved in the web interface.
