Bandwidth is showing as zero

Bandwidth is showing as zero

Hi,

We are using Nagios XI ver 5.8.3.

We have configured a service to monitor Bandwidth of a router. It is in OK state.

But when we check the performance graphs, bandwidth is showing as zero all the time ( in : 0 Mbps ; out : 0 Mbps).

We selected last 24 hours, but it is showing zero all the time.

what could be the problem?
