Is there documentation anywhere on where and how to install the VM image I downloaded for NAGIOS xi. I'm not really a big VMware guy, but I'm wanting to install the image instead of building a VM from scratch. From what I see, from the ESX server I need to "import virtual appliance". Do I copy it somewhere specifically first? Do I point to the current location and it copies over by itself?
Thanks in advance for help on these dumb questions.

Re: NAGIOS xi Image Installation
I figured it out, I had to use the VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Client to import the VM.

Re: NAGIOS xi Image Installation
Glad to see you got it sorted out.
For completeness the installation options section of the Administrative guide has a section on this
