Hi!

Can you provide us more information?
  • How does it fail - what are you seeing that makes you think it failed?
  • Can you log into the Nagios xi through the web interface?
  • Are you getting any error messages in your web browser? Error emails from Nagios xi?
Please upload:
  • /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/upgrade.log
  • A system profile zip by going to Admin => System Profile (in the left menu), then clicking the blue button

It never stopped running when you look in the browser it just shows that it is upgradeing
/usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/upgrade.log is blank

I did a restore from backup to get rid of the upgrade showing that the upgrade is running and did a manual upgrade

cd /tmp
wget https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... est.tar.gz
tar -xzvf xi-latest.tar.gz
cd nagiosxi
./upgrade
and restarted httpd

and that works

Sounds like that worked. Let us know if you have any related questions or if we're okay to lock this up and mark it as resolved.
