My bandwidth Performance graphs are not updating at all tried resetting security settings with no luck :/

Which version of XI are you running? Also, is it the virtual machine or a manual install?
Other possible things to try include:
Resetting file permissions - http://go.nagios.com/forum/134/506
Restarting the performance graphing service (use the "Action" button for "Performance grapher" under "XI System Component Status" on the Admin page)

Oh, also, are there other graphs that are working and just a particular service that's not, or everything's not?
