I am using a trail version of Nagios XI
In this product the performance graphs of host disappears after some time & they reappears after updating the security credentials.
To see the performance graphs every time I need to update that security credentials every time I logged in.

Re: Performance graphs disappers after some time
Some people have reported success with setting the various backend keys to be the same as the Core Config Manager password - does that make any difference for you?

If you're using 1.3g, go to the Admin menu->Check File Permissions page and make sure there are permission issue with any of your necessary files. If there is you can run the:
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reset_config_perms
script to set the permissions correctly.
Some users have also reported that setting the backend credentials to be the same as the nagiosadmin password resolves this issue if other methods aren't working.

Thanks to tonyyarusso & mguthrie for your solutions.
I got my solution from your post. I kept all security credential passwords same & also changed mysql root user password which is by default nagiosxi & it works.
Thanks for your help.
