Hi team,
I have an issue on Nagios XI 2024R1.3 when I want to save a graph with picture format PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG.
CSV XML JSON export are working fine.
Please have a look on error message on my screenshot.
Before 2024R1.3 all worked fine and from my understanding no changes on my gcp server.
I wanted to know if other users have the same issue, if it's known bug or an issue on my VM.
Thank's bye advance for your feedback

speynaud,
Try navigating to Admin > System Config > System Settings > Other Settings and enable Local Exporting. This stops the graphs from reaching out to the Highcharts service and does everything locally on the XI server.
Best Regards,

Thank you so much for your answer.
That's working fine
For my understanding, does it an issue linked with new version or for you it's an unexpected setup change from side?
Because I already save graph before without issues.

Hello,
It’s curious that this issue appeared after the update. Could it be related to how the server processes image formats now? If you're working with image exports regularly, you can try this image compressor tool that can help manage file sizes efficiently after saving graphs.

Highcharts hasn't neen updated recently in XI; this may be a change on their end of things, outside of the suggestions that Cory mentioned for Local Exporting.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
