Performance graphs "ICONS" missing

Post by nunezric »

I have one Nagios server which wasn’t showing any performance graphs.

I was reading the faq regarding the performance graphs (http://support.nagios.com/wiki/index.ph ... _Displayed). These commands worked for the server:

cd /usr/local/nagios/var/spool
rm -rf xidpe
mkdir xidpe
chown nagios.nagios xidpe
chmod 755 xidpe

After that, if you go to the “performance graphs” tab, you’ll be able to see the graphs now. However I cannot see the shortcut icons related to the performance graphs.

That is, I can see in the other Nagios servers an icon next to every name (host or service) who has performance graphs. However in this server I don’t see those icons although I’m able to see the graphs going to the “performance graphs” tab. I need to fix this.

Thank you,

Ricardo

What internet browser are you using? There have been issues with IE, requiring "compatibility mode" to be enabled as something MS updated broke a bunch of jquery.

You were right: I used Internet Explorer 9.

Anyway I've just tested it with Firefox 18.0.1 and I have the same issue.

These icons require the latest version of the graph explorer component to be installed in the XI server, as well as Nagios XI 2012r1.3 or later.

I'm not able to download that plugin. First I was asked to create a login for the Nagios Library. After I created nunezric account (same name as this one I use for the customer forum) and activated it. Now it it's telling me:

It looks like David Slodoba is the only registered user, your company does have a active library account and we would need you to contact him for the information, or have him email sales@nagios.com giving us permission to add your account to the customer section.

Your proposal worked. You can close this incident.

Thank you very much,
