Dear All,

Can you please support for below.

First, we were receiving the below external command:

Error: External command failed -> PROCESS_SERVICE_CHECK_RESULT;[IP];ABCAlarmCritical;2;SNMP Trap Received at 2020-04-30 16:27:04 with CKS_TestAlarm: X733 - This is not a real trap only a test (Critical),21762, [hostname], default,

After configuring the host and services:

I found its directly going to ABCAlarmCritical service. ( and the host is not assigned to this service ).

Please note I had already created the new service called XXXAlarmCritical and assigned the host to this service.
