What is the error you receive when you use other subcommands like -s swap ?

That when I add memory variables (swap, usage, etc...) with Critical and warning definition, means that i have to add new services. One for swap, other for usage, etc.
But when i add as a Memory i see all of them in one services.

If you would like to use a sub-commands, you will have to set up different checks. I don't think you can do this in "one go" with using "-w" and "-c" flags.
