Expanded Status was enabled (by uncommenting the ExtendedStatus On in the httpd.conf file) on the remote Apache server being monitored and I received the following:

Apache Stats OK - good | hits=0;; bytes=0;; busy=1;; idle=7;; s0=7;; s1=0;; s2=0;; s3=1;; s4=0;; s5=0;; s6=0;; s7=0;; s8=0;; s9=0;; s10=248;;

We no longer get the error messages of: "Use of uninitialized value in sprintf at /usr/local/share/perl5/Nagios/Plugin/Performance.pm line 68."

Working on getting that data to show up on graphs in NagiosXi next.
