Greetings,

I am having issues getting the AD integration to work with nagiosxi.

RHEL 5.7 64-bit, Manual install, SSL

I have tried creating users username and username@domain.fqdn.com with random passwords but neither works.

in the ssl_error_log i get the following:

[Wed Nov 23 10:06:41 2011] [error] [client 98.103.198.31] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: port in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/active_directory/active_directory.inc.php on line 252, referer: https://hostname/nagiosxi/admin/components.php

it also seems like i am missing some fields in the AD config screen (it doesn't allow me to specify bind dn or user)

i was able to make some progress with this.

for the user it should just be username without the account suffix

the problem was security -- the only thing available is SSL, and it seems to be broken? (when i turn ssl off, everything started working)

is there any way to get ssl to work?
