Which agent(NCPA/NRPE) can be used to monitor HP-UX in Nagios xi. Please share the agent(NCPA/NRPE) installation document if possible.

While this is not an officially supported OS for NRPE, some customers have been able to successfully compile NRPE on HP-UX. You'll want to follow the install from source instructions on the following page.

We do not have access to HP-UX which is also why we don't have an NCPA HP-UX agent.

You can try compiling NRPE from source.

You can also check through SSH if you have that enabled:

You can also monitor it through SNMP if you allow that and have it setup:
