Post by sandeepatil »

HI,

We have successfully configured PNP4Nagios for Nagios Core.

Also showing graph symbol for service which is having data matrix, but some service not having data matrix, this services also showing with graph symbol.

We want remove graph symbol from, service not having data matrix. Clicking on this service graph symbol, showing error.

Can you show the error it is producing? This may be a better question for the creators of pnp4nagios as that is not produced from Nagios Enterprises.

Again, this may be a better question for the creators of pnp4nagios but do you have a .rrd file in the same location as the missing XML file?

Yes we get report only for data matrix like CUP, Memory and for Log and file status. Need to disable graph symbol for Log and file status service.

Do you have a .rrd file in the same location as the missing XML file?

Code: Select all

ls -al /opt/app/nagios/pnp4nagios/var/perfdata/alpd1015.aldc.att.net/Filespace_STAR-usr-local.*
this is the only thing I can think of that would cause the icon to show.

I'm not sure, you will have to contact the creators of pnp4nagios, there is a link in the error message.
