Upgrade nagios xi-> 5.6.14 to 5.8.3

Good afternoon,
I have upgraded from nagiosxi to version 5.8.3. Some of the nagiosxi menus contain the following message:
"This feature is part of the Enterprise Edition of Nagios xi. You have 14 days left to test this feature. Learn more about Enterprise Edition features."

We have a "Nagios Enterprises, LLC."

Could you tell me if there is a problem? Thanks for your help

I cannot seem to find your forum account in our license system. Are you sure you signed up for trial support?
If you didn't get an 8% raise over the course of the pandemic, you took a pay cut.

Discussion of wages is protected speech under the National Labor Relations Act, and no employer can tell you you can't disclose your pay with your fellow employees.

Okay I found your account. Not sure why your forum account name didn't come up in my search. Anyway, your account says you definitely have Enterprise support. Not sure why it's not activating.

Request 0: Can you post a screenshot of the license information screen? Get to it by going to Admin => System Config / License Information (left-hand menu).

Request 1: Also, for faster turnaround, can you please PM me a system profile? Get one by going to Admin (top menu) => System Profile (in the left menu), then clicking the blue button.

If you're unable to generate the the profile through the web interface, please try generating it from the command line by running these commands as root:

rm -rf /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/profile*
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/components/getprofile.sh SUPPORT
Then send me the resulting /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/profile.zip file.
If the profile script fails, please include the ENTIRE output.

It looks like all you need to do is put your Enterprise key in the box and press Actualizar licencia.

I sent you a PM with your Enterprise key. Let me know if you have any problems getting it to accept it.
