Hi,

I read the documentation and follow and proceed with it but no joy. It has been 5 straight days that i work for 10 hours each day but not get the full result. Here is below whats going on; what i have is 1932 hosts and 9300 services overall total.

* I can able to succesfully import ;
- contacts
- contact groups
- commands
- timeperiods
- host_templates
- service_templates
- hosts

As soon as i import the services i see that its not totaly importing all services. but only some portion of it. Also it does loose the service host relation after importing, also not give any error and apply works without peoblem. I also try to import and try with service group importing to all combinations and orders i tried. From the https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-xi.pdf doc to importing how to popup page on the importing section. Each time i clear installation with ;

cd /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/
./restore_defaults.sh

I try everything but it shows that service host relation is not there it only adds 1 host to that service relation but not the other hosts.!
also service group gives problem on apply after import if service-group doesnot have a member which works on nagios core withot problem.!

I really need more troubleshooting or debug guide or guiadence from you friends to make this thing work.
