Hello xi support

We have replaced our SMTP server

from: SuSe 11 sp4 (old) postfix 2.9

to: SuSe 12 sp3 (new) postfix 3.2

Nagios LOG and FUSION work fine, but xi is unable to send emails over the new server.

Need your help

What type of error messages are you seeing? Let's turn on the debugging option for PHPmailer and then send a test message to capture any errors. Please take a screenshot and post them to the thread.

Please close. We found that the root cause was a combination of the smtp configurations on SMTP server and IX around authentication.
