Notifications showing as disabled in xi but not in core

Post by griffithusg »

I have a strange issue that seems to be only affecting a few hosts.
some hosts and the services attached to those hosts are showing in the Nagiosxi interface as having notifications and other attributes as disabled.
If I look in the Core interface they are all enabled.
I have attached some screenshots for you.

Any Ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Which way is it actually behaving? As shown in xi or as shown in Core? Is there any pattern to which ones are affected?

The behaviour is that Nagios is running the checks and alerting fine. But it seems like xi is out of sync with what is actually happening.

The two hosts belong to a host group. I have tried removing them from the host group and then re-adding them, but they re-appear the same.

This might actually be related to another post on the forum, which indicates a bug in xi. See:

We will investigate this bug next week.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
