Performance report in CSV format from Nagios xi

Post by vishal313 »

Hi All,

I am trying to export the performance values for various services(CPU, Disk, FS, Mem, etc.) from Nagios xi to a CSV file.
The export is done successfully but the values in the file are not integer value.

Can you please let me know what needs to be done in order to get correct format of value in the CSV.
I have attached a sample csv for reference.

Regards
Vishal Dhote

The CSV export takes the raw data from the backend RRDs and outputs it to CSV. The RRD data stored with epoch timestamps and scientific e-notation values, there isn't currently a process to convert them at this time. I have previously submitted a feature request for this functionality but it hasn't been implemented as of yet.

Thank you ssax.
So do we have an alternative for getting the performance data in CSV format.? or we are still waiting for the feature to be added.

I do not have an alternative at this time, you can convert them in Excel but we're really waiting on dev to implement that feature so it can be done on the output.
