nagios xi do not show all alerts

nagios xi do not show all alerts

hi team,
when we run plugin in text mode, it show many alerts but in the graphic only 2 first alerts show.
how to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out, want to take a look at your System Profile so we can see what is going on.

To send us your system profile.
  • Login to the Nagios xi GUI using a web browser.
  • Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
  • Click the "Download Profile" button
  • Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message

Thanks for following up, and sending over the System Profile. In review, we see a set of three alerts each time 'VMS' goes to "critical".

Want to know if there is a particular team or person not receiving the 'VMS CRITICAL' alert? Please confirm that all other teams and team members are receiving other alerts?

i received notification on ms.teams but only two first lines same with in Nagios xi GUI
