Getting the performance data of a service in a tabular form

I have a service receiving the performance data from a plugin and plots the graph in Performance graphs tab of the Service Status Detail web page.
Is it possible to list the values of current and previous N-1 performance data from the plugin in a table?
I need to generate a report to show the values of the performance data in a table format.
