No it was a Normal Install and then i just replaced the configuration files from my old server.

I hope that now you are able to understand that what my Problem is?

Did you follow this guide with all dependencies?
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... ce-96.html

It appears you may have been missing a dependency for building the graphs
