Hi,
Since 16 september my bandwidth services monitored on a cisco switch are flat (service saying 0Mb/s DL and UP).
Nothing has been changed on the switch (few months).
I may have updated some components in Nagios XI last week or two weeks ago, but I don't remember if it was something around 16th.
I've run the Switch wizard again and added the same ports to be monitored under an other config name, but the result was the same (0/0).
Here is the service check from Nagios XI UI:
check_xi_service_mrtgtraf!172.16.10.100_11148.rrd!500.00,500.00!800.00,800.00!M
Any idea?

Re: Bandwidth graph gone flat
Are the checks are returning actual performance data?
Assuming that is the case, then run through the steps in the 1st section of this KB doc, it is the first thing to check in these scenarios.

Let us know if that resolves the issue or not, thanks.

No, the checks are returning 0 DL and 0 UL Bandwidth, and that's not the case.
I will still check the KB.
But as this seems not to be the case, are there any other methods to troubleshoot if the data seems not to be valid?

This KB article may have a possible fix for you. Take a look at it and see if ti helps.
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=511
If it doesn't work, can you run the following as root in the XI server and post the output?

@tgriep, You nailed it, graphs running back again.
And as I was reading the propable cause I realised that the VM's admin was updating the system some time ago.
Thank You for the support

It sounds like this issue has been resolved. Is it okay if we lock this thread? Thanks for choosing the Nagios forums!

Going to lock this, but just in case you can PM if you need it opened again.
