Re: No graphs
Is this using the same PNP package that PNP4Nagios is, such that I could troubleshoot further using this document - http://docs.pnp4nagios.org/pnp-0.4/verify ? I have to get these graphs going as the approval of purchasing this rides on my ability to show this feature working. My only other thought is to reinstall and start without the conflicting hostnames issue. If I do this, can I do a snapshot and restore that in to get all my customization back or do I risk re-installing whatever's causing my current issue? Thanks.

Re: No graphs
To clarify on what's causing the problem:
If the above is your nagiosxi URL, the proxy will try and grab the graph from this:

But currently that page appears to be accessible from this URL, so the internal proxy isn't finding anything.
Does that make sense?http://psm-nagiosxi.us-bottomline.root.bottomline.com/nagios/pnp/index.php?host=foundry-test

Re: No graphs
Yes it makes sense and as I said in a previous post, I believe I've changed everything to eliminate these differences yet it still doesn't work, hence my asking if there may something somewhere else affecting this. All host references - that I can find - are "psm-nagiosxi" now.

This could remedy the issue if using the same host but you may need to make some edits/adjustments again if there is any references to psm-itmonhhlodge wrote: My only other thought is to reinstall and start without the conflicting hostnames issue. Re: No graphs
Overwriting my last post, my browser cache was biting me this time. All works fine with the new installation. Thank you.
