Unable to Download graphs

Since our last upgrade to v5.9.2 we are unable to download any graphs in any format on both our instances of XI.

When choosing to download PNG, JPEG, PDF or SVG we are immediately redirected to exports.highcharts.com which is then sent to our proxy but due to the nature of our environment will never be permitted.
This was working fine until the upgrade to 5.9.2.
We can still download the graph values as CSV, XML or JSON and if we choose to print the graph that also works normally.

We do plan to upgrade to the latest version in the coming weeks but would like to know how to resolve this before proceeding with any further upgrades.

We have XI installed on 2 Redhat instances, 7.4 and 7.5
64bit

Hi @btsmnagios,

I have verified the issue in 5.9.2 and have also verified that graph downloads do work when the system is updated to 5.9.3.

Hi @lgute.

Thank you for investigating. We had upgraded from 5.8.4.

We will now proceed to upgrade to the latest version.
