Under "Scalable Performance graph" in Nagios graph Explorer, you can display a _HOST_ graph which displays response times in blue and packet loss in green. If you click on a color in the legend box it toggles the display on and off for that component, and re-scales the graph. I find this very useful. It works perfectly in 2012R1.0 but in 2012R1.2 when you click on a color in the legend, all graphed data disappears. Oddly if you hover over the graph, the data points are revealed in a tool-tip type of display. I found that if you select a time period, it correctly zooms in to that period and if you then hit 'reset zoom' the graph displays as it should have done in the first place.
