Re: Nagiosxi login issues
Are cookies disabled in your browser? It sounds like session state isn't being kept, so Nagios xi thinks you haven't authenticated and redirects you back to the login screen.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Re: Nagiosxi login issues
I specifically enabled cookies for the nagiosxi site in Firefox 3.5.7 even then the behavior of displaying the same login page didn't change.
Are there any logs files which could help troubleshoot these kinds of issues?

Nagios xi Login Troubles
I have hit a major roadblock. I can't login to the web interface. I type my username and password in and it thinks for a second and its like the login page refreshes. I have tried a few users accounts an no luck. I then tried typing the password incorrectly and it said invalid password so its working but its not working.
To me this is a problem but not the end of the world. I messed around with it for a while and then decided I would just import a new nagiosxi virtual machine. I went the the web address and filled out the admin username email address. I went to login and to my surprise it did it again. So my thought now is it must be my computer so I tried it on a few other computers and i got the same result which brings me to my current roadblock.
I see down below others had a similar problem but it was part of a different thread topic with no resoution. I tried logging in wth IE8, IE7, Firefox and Google Chrome.
Any Ideas?

Re: Nagios xi Login Troubles
I just upgraded to the latest version of Firefox and it works. Why did it work for the first few days and just stop? Any ideas?

Could you specify what version of Firefox did you upgrade to?

Re: Nagios xi Login Troubles
I still continue having same issues even after upgrading to Firefox-3.6.2pre on Ubuntu. I even enabled cookies explicitly.
