Re: can't see performance charts
Hi,
so it looks as if the SNMP community string i was using was incorrect. corrected this and the wizard ha added in all the ports etc.
I have loaded the config OK and have been letting it do its thing for about 30mns...
however, on the main host status screen is says "host check is pending", stability is changing, last check was never and next check is not scheduled.
On the performance graphs screen, i can see some charts with data in then (ping, and bandwidth) although the first chart is not showing and i get a message "ou are not authorized to access this feature. Contact your Nagios XI administrator for more information, or to obtain access to this feature"
Could this be an orphan file with malformed permissions?
C.

Re: can't see performance charts
Can you post a screenshot of the error you are getting?
What are the permissions on the perfdata directory?
Can you run the command manually in the command line? You should have something similar to this:
What are the permissions on the perfdata directory?
Code: Select all
ll /usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata
Code: Select all
/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_rrdtraf -f '/var/lib/mrtg/192.168.0.1_1.rrd' -w 1 -c 2
