Hi,
Tried upgrading Nagios xi through the usual process of check updates and through there. But it's basically stalled at "Update in progress. Please wait. Update may take a few minutes" and it's just stuck there with no further progress. I've resorted to upgrading via CLI, but would like to resolve this to make it easier for us.
Thanks

Re: Upgrading Nagios xi via GUI
I'm thinking it's a request timeout, but it could also be a permissions problem or a crashed database table.
If you PM me a system profile I can diagnose further. Get one by going to Admin (top menu) => System Profile (in the left menu), then clicking the blue button.
If you're unable to generate the the profile through the web interface, please try generating it from the command line by running these commands as root:
Then send me the resulting /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/profile.zip file.
If the profile script fails, please include the ENTIRE output.
