Hi, we were evaluating Nagios xi. The license expired, we went to Admin -> License information and activate the free version. It said the copy of naigos xi is activated but on the main view window, shows no host and nothing is monitoring.

xi free has a maximum of 7 checked hosts.

After registered the free version, we reduced the number of hosts to 7 and still not working.
also, we deleted those non configured objects but still not working.

If you'd like you can contact sales@nagios.com for a trial extension. That might be the easiest way to keep evaluating in your environment.

Hi found out, it was due to database table crashed. sorted.
