Capacity Report is not detecting the rrds created by the switch wizard, so my switch shows up as having no perfdata!

Confirmed. We'll add it to the fix list and see what's going on. Thanks for the heads up!

Ok, I was wrong, I had deleted the rrds on those missing ports a long time ago

Can you send me a service description of a missing port and we'll check to make sure it's not an encoding or special character issue?

I think somewhere permissions have got messed up on the plugins.

Warning: This plugin must be either run as root or setuid root.
To run as root, you can use a tool like sudo.
To set the setuid permissions, use the command:
chmod u+s yourpluginfile
check_icmp: Failed to obtain ICMP socket: Operation not permitted

I am also seeing after making the interface plugin executable the report shows up as rrd contained Nan's / corrupt.....The graph shows up fine on the normal performance graphs view....

Bear with me on having you retry something, but the 's' flag for setuid root wasn't actually on the file listing that you showed us for check_icmp, or check_dhcp. Is there something that is maybe resetting those permissions?
