I have created a topic with the subject "Feature Request" so that it can be integrated into new platform updates. But I don't know if this is the normal procedure for feature requests and issues or if I should do it elsewhere.
When I want to do it for Nagios Core, I do it on github but I don't know where to do it for Nagios xi. Can you tell me where I should do it?

Do you mean opening a case with Nagios Support?

If you're looking to open a case with Nagios Support you'll need to login to Nagios Answer Hub and submit a case/ticket through there.

I can't figure out how I should spend one of my license cases to open a feature that could improve the Nagios xi platform.
Isn't there another way to do it?

As of present there doesn't seem to be an official way to submit a feature request. You could try opening up a case to get a response from official support, but it'd be the developers who have control of what would be added. So there'd be no guarantee even if you used one of your cases.
