Looking at the script that would have gotten the latest (if done recently). I will look into this some more to see if maybe the other team members have any fresh idea's of what could be going on.

You may need to specify your nagiosadmin password with apache. Try
htpasswd -c /usr/local/nagiosxi/etc/htpasswd.users nagiosadmin
<enter your nagiosadmin password>
Then see if you can login to Nagvis.
htpasswd -c /usr/local/nagiosxi/etc/htpasswd.users nagiosadmin
<enter your nagiosadmin password>
Then see if you can login to Nagvis.
