performance graphs

Hi,

We seem to have an issue with exporting the graphs on Nagios 2012. When I check the grapphs under host/service detail page --> performance grpahs I can see the graphs fine, however when we goto home --> performance graphs --> graph explorer --> scalable graphs, I see the list of host and associated service but when we click on the licks it doesnt show any graph as such...we jus a message on the status bar of the IE saying error on page. Please suugest how we can export these groups.

What is the exact error you are receiving when clicking on the links? Have you tried this in another browser such as Firefox?

What browser are you using? If IE, you may need to turn on compatibility mode.

I have turned on the compatibitlity mode but its still the same...!!! I'm using IE to access these graphs

Alright, so lets rule out a caching issue right away..When you are on a page where the issue occurs, use the following:

ctrl + F5

Also you may want to take a look at the following guide to deleting your browser's cache:
