Hi,
I'm using Nagios XI latest version 2012R1.0 and suddenly all the perf graphs are missing. I'm not sure exactly since when, it was working fine on last week. I’ve tried all the options stated in the FAQ, doesn’t help.

Any other trobuleshooting methods?
Thanks

Re: Nagios XI perf graphs are missing
Are all of the graphs missing or just some of them? Is npcd running?
Try restarting it, and see if this is going to help.
Run the following command and show the output:
Code: Select all
service npcd status
Code: Select all
service npcd restart
Code: Select all
tail /usr/local/nagios/var/npcd.log

Re: Nagios XI perf graphs are missing
All of them are missing. I did upgraded to latest version last Monday, but the graphs were fine after that.
npcd was running before. I did a restart. Doesnt help.
# service npcd status
NPCD running (pid 8061).
# service npcd restart
NPCD Stopped.
NPCD started.
# tail /usr/local/nagios/var/npcd.log
[10-29-2012 12:41:48] NPCD: Caught Termination Signal - Hasta la vista... baby
[10-29-2012 12:41:48] NPCD: npcd Daemon (0.4.14) started with PID=8061
[10-29-2012 12:41:48] NPCD: Please have a look at 'npcd -V' to get license information
[10-29-2012 12:41:48] NPCD: HINT: load_threshold is enabled - ('10.000000')
Thanks

Re: Nagios XI perf graphs are missing
Would you be able to download your most recent snapshot from the Web UI and PM or email it to either of us? This would help a lot.
The Snapshots can be downloaded from going to the Admin menu, then clicking Configuration Snapshots and clicking the diskette download icon on the right hand side of the top most snapshot. Thanks!

Were you able to open the tarball on your end? It is coming up as corrupted on our side.

Hi,
I've sent it again. It looks when I save the sanpshot from web UI, it got corrupted. I sent you the copy of snapshot from the server.
Thanks

Re: Nagios XI perf graphs are missing
Are your graphs completely missing, or are they empty?
If they're completely missing, try right-clicking and refreshing the browser to make sure you have the latest javascript files. (If you're using IE, clear your cached web files as well).
