As a follow up to this message, this issue was resolved with a remote session. Somehow the perf data files in /usr/local/nagios/var/spool/xidpe accumulated to such a large number that they could no longer be moved to the performance data processing directory. This could have happened from the cron daemon being stopped, or the XI subsystem jobs weren't running for a long enough period of time that a very large number of files accumulated. Resolved the issue by clearing the xidpe directory.

I'm having the same problem. Don't want to start a new thread for duplicate issue or should I?

What should I do to solve this problem w/o remote session actually? I've cleared up all files in /usr/local/nagios/var/spool/xidpe then what?
