Hi all,

Has anyone experienced an issue where after upgrading to the latest NCPA agent for windows to version 2.4.0 the graphs for RAM stop reporting any data?

The actual check does display the correct status of the RAM check but nothing is graphed.

Check the files in the service dir under perfdata (locate perfdata). If they haven't been updated lately, delete (or rename) them.
If a service somehow changes and the perfdata format changes, the system stops writing to the .rrd/.xml files.
