Adding performance graphs

Post by tairline »

For some services I dont have performance graphs available (I see: "There are no datasources to display for this service "in the webinterface).

Is there a possibility to ADD the graphs that are empty / that dont have a datasource?

Earlier on I asked if there was a possibility to REMOVE them. In essence .. it would be a VERY nice feature if graphs would be configurable per datasource (on / off option at least).

If graphs are missing where you expect to see them, this means that the plugin is most likely not returning performance data. You can confirm this by looking at the service's detail page, and clicking the "Advanced" tab and looking at the bottom next to "performance data" - if it is blank, then there is nothing to graph.

Is there a guide on creating checks that will provide performance data? I know it is essentially anything on the other side of a | character gets parsed as performance data but a guide on formatting would be great.
Thanks.
