Hi,
I'm not sure this has ever worked for us. Here is the issue:
When I try to "Download JPEG image" (or any of the others for that matter), the connection to export.highcharts.com waits for a while and then is reset.
"Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset."
Is there a setting somewhere I need to adjust? Is there a problem with the export server?
Cheers,
Lee Benson

Re: graph Explorer Export Issue
What version of the Nagios graph Explorer do you have?
Admin -> Manage Components -> Nagios graph Explorer
I just tested this with Version: 1.4 Date: 07/12/2012 and it works fine.
Do you have internet connectivity from your location?

Re: graph Explorer Export Issue
Good catch, it does appear that if you're on a closed connection the export feature would not work. It does make an call to export.highcharts.com to create and download the file. We'll have to update the code for the next release so that it uses the local server. I'll post an updated version of the highcharts component once the changes are verified to work.
